30 Day Challenge!

Today we were watching a video in class. It was about a guy that tried changing something about his life style for 30 days. This could mean getting more exercise, eating healthier, doing homework every night, etc... The challenge could be anything that could better you as a person. He was talking on stage and trying to convince all his viewers that it isn't that hard to change your life style as long as you keep a habit going. I decided to accept this challenge and eat healthier. Don't get me wrong I am not going to stop drinking soda and stop eating sweet food. I am going to eat some vegetables every day (something very rare for me to do). I will also be doing a weekly report on how the challenge has been going. Let's hope I don't abandon it!

  1. Good idea Yusef! I like your twist on adding something positive and not just taking away the negative. I think most people are very self critical and often leap to "fix" the negative rather than add some positive. I am going to think about adding to my challenge too. I will let you know what I decide.
